

Pretzel Coated Fish
1 quart oil for frying
¾ Cup Seafood Coating Mix
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 lb flounder fillets
2 eggs
¾ Cup crushed pretzels
Heat the oil in frying pan or deep fryer to 350 degrees. Mix the coating mix and s&p in plastic bag. Place fillets, a couple at a time, in bag and gently shake to coat. Beat eggs in shallow dish and place crushed pretzels in separate shallow dish. Dip the coated fillets into beaten eggs and then in the crushed pretzels. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
