Easy Cheesy Baked Salmon

2 lbs salmon fillets

olive oil

2 cloves crushed garlic

1 tsp dried dill weed

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup crumbled goat cheese

6 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place salmon on large piece of foil and

brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Season with the garlic, dill, and

salt and pepper. Seal the foil around the salmon and place on a baking

sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Open foil and sprinkle with the cheese and

the chopped onions and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is

soft. Sprinkle the nuts at the same time as the cheese if you desire.
