Grouper Parmesan

2 lbs fresh grouper fillets
2 tbls lemon juice
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup softened butter
3 tbls mayonnaise
½ tsp hot pepper sauce
salt & pepper to taste.

Preheat oven broiler and prepare a greased baking tray. Brush fillets with lemon juice and season with salt & pepper. In small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and hot sauce and set aside. Broil fillets for 5 minutes or until they flake with fork. Remove from broiler and spread the cheese mixture on top of fillets. Place under broiler again for about 1 minute or until topping is brown and bubbly.
