

Shark Kebabs
2 lbs. Shark meat cut into chunks
½ Cup rice wine
1 tbs lemon juice
¼ tsp ground ginger
3 tbs peanut oil
½ Cup sherry
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
1 glove garlic, minced
3 tbs vegetable
Place fish in a glass bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients except the oil and pour over the fish. Cover and chill for 2 hours turning occasionally. Thread the fish on skewers, reserving the marinade. BBQ over low coals or under a broiler for 10-15 minutes basting often with the marinade. Delicious served with wild rice and a nice salad.
