Broccoli Fish Bake

1 10-oz pkg frozen broccoli

1 lb fish fillets

1 10.75 can cream of broccoli soup

1/3 C milk

¼ C shredded jack cheese

2 Tbls seasoned bread crumbs

1 Tbls melted butter

1/8 tsp paprika

salt & pepper to taste

Cook frozen broccoli as directed and drain. Place in a 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper and place on top of broccoli. In separate bowl, whisk the soup and milk together and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Mix the breadcrumbs, butter, and paprika together and sprinkle on top of the cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Quick and delicious.
