

GRILLED SALMON KYOTO
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup orange juice concentrate
2 Tbls oil
2 Tbls. Tomato sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbls green onion minced
½ tsp minced fresh ginger root
4 Salmon steaks
1 tbls Olive Oil
In shallow glass baking dish, combine all ingredients except salmon and olive oil. Place salmon in marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat outdoor grill for high heat. Remove salmon from marinade and pour marinade in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Brush the salmon with the olive oil. Cook on grill for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Turn salmon once during the cooking and brush with the boiled marinade thru the cooking time.
DELICIOUS !! Goes well with rice and oriental vegetables.
