

Grilled Fish Steaks
1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp black pepper
6 Tbls Olive Oil 1 tbls fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil 1 tbls chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt 2 (6 ounce) halibut fillets
Mix all ingredients except fish in bowl and wisk together
until well blended. Place fish fillets in resealable plactic bag
and pour in marinade. Seal tightly and place in refrigerator
for a least 1 hour turning occasionally.
Preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Set grate 4 inches form heat
and grill fillets about 4 minutes on each side.
Great recipe with any type of fillets.
