Seafood Linguine

2 9-oz pkgs fresh linguine pasta

¼ Cup butter

1 clove chopped garlic

1 cup heavy cream

½ lb imitation crabmeat

½ lb cooked salad shri,p

1 cup parmesan cheese

salt & pepper

1 tbls chopped fresh parsley

Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain

In mean time, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until tender. Stir in cream and cook until thickened-approx 5 minutes. Add crabmeat, shrimp, parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper to taste. Reduce heat and cook on low for 2 to 3 minutes.

Transfer pasta to serving platter and top with seafood sauce. Garnish with parsley.

SCRUMPTIOUS !!!

Serves 4-6.
