
Pretzel Coated Fried Fish

1 Qt oil for frying
3/4 Cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pound fish fillets
2 eggs
3/4 cup crushed pretzels
Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, salt & pepper in plastic bag. Beat eggs together in bowl and
place crushed pretzels in a separate bowl. Shake fillets in flour, then dip
in eggs and then in crushed pretzels. Fry for about 10 minutes, turning once,
until golden brown. Delicious with french fries and coleslaw or in a sandwich.
