

Grilled Shark to Die For
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup catsup
2 Tbls lemon juice
2 gloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
ground pepper
6 shark steaks
Combine all ingredients except the sharks steaks in a
bowl and wisk until well blended. Pour over shark steaks
and marinate for 2-3 hours. Grill over hot coals for 6
minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste the
steaks frequently with the remaining marinade while grilling.
