
Maple Pecan Pie a Guy Can Make

• 2 shots of bourbon
• 1/2 C. brown sugar
• 1/2 C. maple syrup
• 1/4 C. dark corn syrup
• 4 Tbs butter or margarine, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/2 C. pecans, coarsely chopped
• Pie Shell
Directions
1. In large bowl, mix brown sugar, syrups, butter, vanilla, and eggs until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into hot pie shell.
2. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until filling is puffed and set at edges but still jiggles slightly in center. Cover rim of pie with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over-browning. Cool completely on wire rack. serve with warm bourbon
